Fifty years of service. Branding that hadn’t kept up.

Endersham had five decades of trusted delivery and a brand that was quietly losing them the room. We rebuilt it as the enterprise partner they already were.

/01The Brief

Perception versus performance.

Endersham is a family-run commercial cleaning and facilities company with more than five decades of service across the UK. They came to us after seeing our work elsewhere in the sector.

Fifty years of trusted delivery was being undercut by dated branding: losing trust in the room, and losing competitive tenders. They needed a visual identity, a working website and a coherent collateral suite that matched the enterprise-level service they were actually providing.

/02The Identity

Built on sales psychology, not decoration.

We used sales psychology to reframe the company as a scalable, trusted partner rather than a contractor. That produced a complete identity: refined logo, sophisticated palette, modern typography, clean iconography. It is built as a modular system, so it flexes across uniforms, vehicles, tender documents and digital without breaking.

In a category where most competitors still look like a van and a phone number, restraint reads as capability.

/04The Collateral

The layer that decides tenders.

Report and deck templates, marketing collateral, social content, illustration and iconography, the operational layer that keeps a brand consistent once the agency leaves the room.

In facilities management the tender document is the sales pitch. Most are assembled the night before in a word processor. Giving a fifty-year-old firm a document system that looks like the service it sells is where the contracts actually turn.

/05Why it matters

In FM, brand perception moves the bottom line.

Site traffic and tender engagement lifted within weeks. Inbound leads strengthened, and the rebrand opened access to contracts that had previously been out of reach.

Finally, a mobile-first website, designed and built for lead generation rather than decoration.
