Experience, quality, prestige.
Three words the business had always lived by, and nothing in the brand that said any of them. So we built the system that did.
Not lead generation. Recognition.
We started with in-depth listening sessions alongside CEO Liam O’Donoghue and his team. Edmund were already winning clients comfortably, so the work was never about generating leads.
It was about making the brand read as the category leader it already was. Three problems: brand equity spread across fleets, portals and collateral with nothing expressing the three pillars; a dated website nobody could maintain; and an internal marketing team with no consistent collateral system to work from.

A pattern built from the mark itself.
The monogram tiles into an architectural pattern that runs behind everything: decks, vehicles, social, the site. It gives a services business the one thing it usually lacks: a texture of its own, recognisable before the logo is even read.
Around it, bespoke iconography for every service line: electrical, fire safety, mechanical, water hygiene, energy, air conditioning, ventilation, security, heating, so a nine-service offer reads as one company rather than nine.

Built so they could run it.
The previous site was dated and difficult to maintain, which meant it slowly stopped being updated, the usual death of a services website. The new one carries custom animation and illustration, works properly on mobile and desktop, and is structured so the team can add case studies themselves.
That last part is the difference between a website and a brochure that happens to be online.

Beyond a mere rebrand, a pivotal role in crafting a refreshed identity.
“Their quality of attention to detail and adaptability to our specific requirements made them the perfect fit.”
